* fomula of spastric diplegia

A. poor neck axia and poor arm support

B. poor hand fuction with presistent arm support

C. poor dynamic stability with limited ankle movements

C-1. poor dynamic stability with limited ROM in L/E

D. standing or walking pattern under muscle imbalance between flexor & extensor muscle groups

E. Gait pattern with non-selective movement of L/E

F. Classical S.D.

 

* Athetoid CP 분류

dyskinetic : pure athetlsis, chorea athetosis

dystonic: athetosis with spasicity, athetosis with intermittent tonic spasm
