* 정의point

미성숙한, 비진행적인 손상, 자세조절 및 운동발달 참여

* PVL 백질연화증

grade 1 persisting more than 7days

grade 2 developing into small periventricular crysts

grade 3 developing into small periventricular cysts, occipital and fronto-perietal

grade 4 in deep white matter developing into extensive subcortical cysts

* IVH 뇌실내출혈

grade 1 hemorrhage confined germinal matrix, normal outcome, or transient neurological signs minor motor difficulties

grade 2 IVH without ventricular distention, Normal outcome, or mild neurological signs

grade 3 IVH with ventricular distention, spastic diplegia, spastic diplegia, visual problems

grade 4 Ischemic damage into the brain tissue with subsequent bleeding, Quadriplegia, severe learning disabilities, blindness, hearing loss

- premature baby/child

1. spastic type

- hemiplegia

- diplegia

- quadriplegia

2. athetoid type

- dyskinetic: choreo, pure

-dystonic: with spasm(spasticity), intermittent tonic spasm

3. Ataxia

- diplegia

- congenital (simple) fluctuating

4. hypotonus

hemiplegia, diplegia, quadriplegia

- difficulty in the organization of mov't

- generally more total patterns of activity
